Shawn joined EDCO Title in 2014 and became a managing partner in 2022. He currently serves as the Director of Business Development. Shawn earned a business degree with an emphasis in real estate from Memphis State University. Prior to entering the real estate title business in 2009, Shawn spent two decades in the mortgage lending industry. His extensive expertise and experience render him an essential point of contact for clients at EDCO Title. When he is not helping the clients at the closing table you will find him hunting or boating and spending time with his wife Susan and their two children.

Ronni joined EDCO Title in 2002 as the receptionist. Over the years, she has navigated through every role within the company, illustrating her versatility and commitment. Ronni currently serves as the Director of Operations and is a licensed Mississippi & Tennessee title agent. She became a managing partner in 2022, a true testament to her hard work and contribution to EDCO Title. Before joining EDCO Title, Ronni earned her realtor license. With a career in real estate dating back over two decades, her vast knowledge, unwavering ethics, and hands-on experience position her as a valuable asset, overseeing and managing all aspects of operations at EDCO Title. Ronni enjoys boating, sports, cars and hunting when she isn’t here at EDCO. She is married to Ty and has two children.

Toni Brewington joined EDCO Title in 2017. She is not only the liaison between outside phone calls and the staff, she is also great at greeting clients for their closings. Toni does an excellent job of assisting the entire staff and keeps the conference room on track for closings. She enjoys spending time outdoors camping and boating with her family and her dogs.

Chelsea Griffin joined EDCO Title in 2014. She has been doing real estate closing transactions since 2003. Her attention to detail and her commitment to her clients has made her a great asset of EDCO Title. She takes pride in getting the deal closed. Chelsea is married to Josh and they have three boys. She loves spending time with her family and camping, kayaking and watching sports.

She has lived in South Carolina, Washington State, Sicily and the United Kingdom. She enjoys spending time with others and helping others.

Known for her patient guidance and unwavering support, LaShara is committed to ensuring that each client feels empowered and informed every step of the way. Outside of the office, she wears the hats of both a devoted mother to an amazing little girl and an active community member. As a passionate advocate for civic engagement and community development, L.A. is involved in various volunteer initiatives throughout Memphis. In her free time she loves to check out and support local businesses and restaurants, and if she can sit still long enough you can find her reading multiple books on any and every subject.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Graciie Vega moved to the United States at the age of 15, bringing with her a wealth of cultural diversity and linguistic prowess. As the oldest of four girls, Graciie developed a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a keen ability to communicate effectively, making her a perfect fit as a bilingual closer for our title company.
Prior to joining our team, Graciie amassed seven years of experience in retail management, honing her skills in customer service, organization, and problem-solving. This invaluable background now allows her to serve our diverse clientele with ease and efficiency.
In her personal life, Graciie is a proud mother to a daughter who fills her world with joy and purpose. A dedicated member of her community, she is passionate about helping others and strives to make a positive impact through volunteering and supporting local initiatives.
Guided by her personal mantra to leave the world better than she found it, Graciie is committed to spreading love and kindness in all aspects of her life.
