Since 1979, EDCO Title and Closing Services has been a trusted name in real estate transactions across our community. Founded by W. Terry Edwards—a dedicated real estate agent, developer, and attorney—EDCO grew from the original Law Firm of W. Terry Edwards into a cornerstone of real estate development in Bartlett, Tennessee. Locally owned and operated, EDCO combines decades of experience with a deep commitment to delivering professional, reliable, and personalized service. From its earliest days to today, the company has remained closely tied to the growth and success of the community it serves. Over the years, EDCO’s leadership has carried forward a legacy of excellence. In 2008, Mr. Edwards entrusted the company to longtime team member Craig Martin, who upheld its values until his retirement in 2022. Today, that tradition continues under the leadership of Ronni Harris—a Memphis native and Bartlett High School graduate—who became President in 2024 and is guiding the company into its next chapter as a locally run, family-oriented business.
