Ronni joined EDCO Title in 2002 as the receptionist. Over the years, she has navigated through every role within the company, illustrating her versatility and commitment. Ronni currently serves as the Director of Operations and is a licensed Mississippi & Tennessee title agent. She became a managing partner in 2022 and President in 2024, a true testament to her hard work and contribution to EDCO Title. Before joining EDCO Title, Ronni earned her realtor license. With a career in real estate dating back over two decades, her vast knowledge, unwavering ethics, and hands-on experience position her as a valuable asset, overseeing and managing all aspects of operations at EDCO Title. Ronni and her husband have two children and enjoy boating, sports, cars and hunting when she isn’t here at EDCO.

Drew Worley

Drew is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Alabama and joined EDCO Title in 2024. He earned a degree in Business Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, followed by earning his Juris Doctor degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Throughout his career, Drew has gained years of experience in various aspects of the law, including years of representing mortgage lenders and servicers in property litigation, and non-litigation, matters. Whether he is at the closing table, reviewing title searches and clearing issues, or assisting clients, agents, or lenders, Drew strives to use his knowledge and experience to facilitate successful closings. When he is away from work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, their young twins, and their dogs.

Graciie Vega

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Graciie Vega moved to the United States at the age of 15, bringing with her a wealth of cultural diversity and linguistic prowess. As the oldest of four girls, Graciie developed a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a keen ability to communicate effectively, making her a perfect fit as a bilingual closer for our title company.

Prior to joining our team, Graciie amassed seven years of experience in retail management, honing her skills in customer service, organization, and problem-solving. This invaluable background now allows her to serve our diverse clientele with ease and efficiency.

In her personal life, Graciie is a proud mother to a daughter who fills her world with joy and purpose. A dedicated member of her community, she is passionate about helping others and strives to make a positive impact through volunteering and supporting local initiatives.

Guided by her personal mantra to leave the world better than she found it, Graciie is committed to spreading love and kindness in all aspects of her life. Ty joined EDCO Title in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for client relationships. He earned his B.S. degree from The University of Memphis in 2006 and an MBA from Christian Brothers University in 2018. A lifelong Memphian, Ty has traveled extensively throughout his career, leading high-performing teams across the manufacturing, insurance, and construction industries. His diverse background includes both B2C and B2B sales roles, where he thrives on building personal connections with clients. Ty is dedicated to leveraging his knowledge and experience to enhance the people and processes around him. Ty and his wife have two adult children and enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, driving cars or working on his farm.

Toni Brewington joined EDCO Title in 2017. She is not only the liaison between outside phone calls and the staff, she is also great at greeting clients for their closings. Toni does an excellent job of assisting the entire staff and keeps the conference room on track for closings. She enjoys spending time outdoors camping and boating with her family and her dogs.

Cydia joined EDCO Title in 2017. Prior to joining EDCO Title, she was in the lending industry for 10 years. There is no file too difficult, she excels at assisting her clients with their transactions. Cydia is married and has two daughters. She has lived in South Carolina, Washington State, Sicily and the United Kingdom. She enjoys spending time with others and helping others.

Chelsea Griffin joined EDCO Title in 2014. She has been doing real estate closing transactions since 2003. She loves spending time with her family and camping, kayaking and watching sports.
